    There are people with little or no formal education who actually take the time to follow the news and understand what the candidates stand for. They should be voting.

    Unfortunately, the 10-15% of the vote who swing back and forth with the wind really have no business voting at all.

    I think the percentage is probably even higher than that. It amazes me how ignorant people are of what the candidates stand for, and what their records are. The unwillingness for people to do more than watch TV news to find out what is going on in the world is the biggest bane of society when it comes to elections.
