    ISP's- how to choose?

Ive been using aol for as long as ive owned my computer and ive procrastinated this situation for way too long. So now its time to move forward with a new one but I was hoping for a few suggestions.

It seems theres as many ISP's out there as there are people using them, so are there any solid choices you guys could recommend?

Don't know where you are, so this might not be much good, but Optus Broadband has given fairly good service. I've no idea how it compares to others, but the latency is good and there's plenty of bandwidth - so mudding isn't affected by someone else on the LAN downloading some huge Flash thing.
