    That ruling is good news in my opinion. It moves us more towards something I think is vital:

    (non permanent) Sterilization of anyone taking government funds for more than a total of 1 year in any 5 year period (student loans excluded).

    It just isn't good for society, the mom/dad, or the kid(s) to be born into situations like that.
    Capitalization is the difference between "I had to help my Uncle Jack off a horse." and "I had to help my uncle jack off a horse."

    There is never a good time for lazy writing!
