Hell yeah we're getting soft. Some of it is understandable...little children don't need to hear their coaches swear up a storm...but coaches are there to do one thing...coach. If you're a whiney little brat, you're going to get stomped on...at least, that's my experience. Male or female coaches, it doesn't matter, you don't pull your weight...you lose.
