They sure do. I'd like to see them draft a QB and maybe pick up and every down back via the draft or free agency (unless Dayne shows HUGE improvement in the offseason he should go) and use Tiki as a third down back. I'd also like to see them pick up a speed demon WR since the Giants aren't really killing anyone with the deep route.

Later in the draft, they should look at someone on the defensive side who can help with the pass rush. I'm not sure who fits the bill, but I think anyone with a degree of talent would be useful.

Then there's special teams, but that's a whole other can of worms.
