Bush 100%
Edwards 82%
Kerry 82%
Clark 70%
Dean 69%
Kucinich 68%
Sharpton 58%
Wow. How weird!
I thought for sure I'd end up with a democrat at the top of the list by the way I answered those questions. I'm completely relieved!!

Six little 'maes that I once knew...
.... fat ones, skinny ones, tall ones, too.
Hmm, I tried this and I think it is a bit misleading. Here's what I got:
1 Edwards Score: 100%
2 Kerry Score: 95%
3 Bush Score: 91%
4 Clark Score: 91%
...
How can I get 100% with Edwards, when we disagree on some highly rated issues... I think it is because I put "don't care" for social issues, but high rating for economic/environment issues.
However, I would say things like raising social security retirement age, spending more on free healthcare, etc, are economic issues with which I have major disagreements with Edwards.
Of course, I have some major disagreements with Bush (Patriot Act, all his social issues) as well, so I think the relative rankings are somewhat close.
I think it would be more honest if they gave the results like 50%, 47%, 44%... Saying Edwards is a 100% match for my search criteria is just BS.
I'm not sure about how accurate this system is. I had...
Kucinich
Sharpton
Kerry
Dean
Edwards
Bush
Now, Al Sharpton is a nut, so I was somewhat concerned and wondered if I might also be a nut. I read his profile, and he had no opinion on the issues which I marked mattered to me MOST. So I'm not really sure how that could come up. He shared some of my opinions on abortion and civil rights type issues, but not any of the ones involving Education, which is what I am most concerned with.
So the black man is the nut? An African American can't run for president without white folks insulting him? So much for the Civil Rights Movement.Originally posted by Cyrinne

I don't think him being a nut has anything to do with his skin color. Kucinich, a white man, is even more of a nut. Dean is only slightly less of one.![]()

I would be a helluva lot more concerned that you have the extremely nutty, foolish, and ethically despicable Kucinich at the top of your list.Originally posted by Cyrinne

Chris Matthews (a life-long democrat who worked for Tip O'Neil and Jimmy Carter) utterly DEMOLISHED Kucinich on Hardball when Kucinich was making vague claims that "many people" in congress want to prosecute the women who get abortions for a crime. Matthews hammered him for 5+ minutes straight trying to get Kucinich to "name one" such congressman. Kucinich tried desperately to dodge the question but Matthews was a bulldog and would not relent. Even after a commercial break Matthews kept on. Kucinich finally named someone and Matthews was immediately dubious. They had the guy on the next night who actually had co-sponsored legislation that specifically exempted the actual women who had abortions from being prosecuted. It was just a scurrilous attempt to malign someone's political reputation that Kucinich made when backed into a corner.
That's just one example, but it speaks volumes about the freak known as Kucinich who has also used his campaign web site to get dates (publicly).
Capitalization is the difference between "I had to help my Uncle Jack off a horse." and "I had to help my uncle jack off a horse."
There is never a good time for lazy writing!
I'd barely even heard of Kuninich. Seems like they're all either nuts, or Bush. Sigh.
Yes, I have come to the conclusion that this thing comes out with Kucinich no matter what.
Unless you're Solmyr....? How did you get Bush on there??? Hrm.
I think my comments fit better on that communist thread...
My results were as follows:
Bush 100%
Kerry 58%
None of the others met the qualifications, as I specified them.
What a shock![]()
Yep. Just re-did this test to be absolutely sure I didn't muck it up somehow. I got Bush 100% and NO other choices at all.
Hey Evana, d'ya think the test knew I used to live in Texas or something?![]()
