    Good Mail Order Company?

I'm looking to buy a computer and would like to use mail order.

I'd like some recommendations on companies that people have used who sell a quality product and have good customer support.

    Thanks,
    Sebboe

I think I have to recommend Alienware. Every computer I've had from them has been excellent.

Those are some pretty nice systems, very creative cases. Definitely more than my wife is looking for. Her quote today was "I just want a computer than can run XP, that I can use to play cards online and send email"

    She's low maintenance.

I would suggest Mwave.com Pretty much ordering from them you can fully customize your new computer. You can either have them assemble it for you, or if you are comfortable with it, you can order the pieces and put everythign together yourself.. or have a friend do it if you know someone who can do it. I've had a few friends that have ordered from them, and were rather pleased with their service. Its been a while since Ive browed their site, mainly since Im no longer in the market for a new pc, but from what I recall their prices were reasonable.

However, if you are going to buy just bits and pieces, you can try pricewatch.com Its not a company in itsself, but it is a centralized location for mail order pc companies to list their best offers on various components and even full systems. Only problem with ordering everything from separate places, you get hit with more shipping charges, but if oyu shop around using pricewatch, you can usually figure out how to get what you want and not break your pocket.
