I'm sticking with my "AFC 1 seeds don't win theory" and say The Colts should win. This also goes inline with the fact that I think the Patriots are going to win and I'm terrible at picking games.

I may be in Boston this weekend, which will mean being a temporary Pats fan even though I am pretty impartial about these games. It looks downright scary to face the Colts offense now though. Hopefully the games will continue to be as fantastic to watch as they've been so far!

It is, but at the same time, Bellechick is 4-1 lifetime against Manning and Manning is 0-4 at Foxboro.

The Pats are 9-0 at home this year and Brady hasn't thrown a single interception at home.

This is by no means a lock for the Pats but they do deserve to be favored in this game.

On a neutral field it would be different.

On the flip side, interesting stat about The Colts...
They are 9-1 on the road this year. Not bad for a dome team.

Of course, the only dome team to ever make it to the Super Bowl
is the Rams, who did it twice and both times had HFA and didn't have to win outdoors or on the road.

It should be a great game.

    Go Colts!

All those stats prove is that sometimes stats don't mean nothing so you toss out them out and just play the game

I predict a 95% chance of a damn good game.

I'd say all I want is a good game but that's just not true.
The radio stations around here are just so annoying.

The have made up all these like things how Peyton Manning
is hearing Bellechick's voice in his head and that the
Colts can't win and the fans are all calling in to the talk
shows calling this game the Super Bowl.

    I'll take a 45-3 ass-whooping of the Patriots over a
good game. Don't think it will happen but it would
be nice to hear radio silence on Monday

    I am.. I am a Steelers fan.
My team sucked this year. I have been on the Panthers bandwagon since I got Stephen Davis in fantasy football.

I hate all the home teams, especially the Pats.
What kind of sissy name is that?
Pats. They got that nickname from giving each other pats on the butts.

Peyton Manning is on fire in the playoffs. His aerial attack looked astounding in those two dome games. Glancing over the Colt’s schedule, though, they don’t appear to have had to face adverse conditions all season, except for their game at Buffalo in November when they barely beat a Bills team that fell apart this year. Plus their ground game has been less than impressive this season; they finished 19th in the league in total yards rushing. You could attribute that low number to a side effect of their stellar passing game, except they finished 26th in yards per attempt with an average of only 3.7. Given that this game will be played at Foxboro in mid-January, I think you have to like the Patriot’s chances.

Turning to the NFC, I’ve seen surprisingly little media coverage of the aspect of this game that worries me most as an Eagles fan: John Fox. No one has had more success against the Eagles’ offense than John Fox had as the defensive coordinator for the Giants. Perhaps the media feel that the Eagles exorcised that demon when they trounced the Panthers during the regular season. Whatever happened then, the Eagles will need offensive production to win this game, because the Panthers are going to get a lot of yards on the ground, with or without Stephen Davis. In the end, I think the Eagles will win, but I am worried wondering what John Fox has planned.

Personally, I agree with one of the comments Sebboe made about what he heard on the radio about this being the Superbowl. To me this is going to be the BIG game. These are the two most impressive teams I've seen so far and this is the game I'm really looking forward to.
