The wretch needs to be put down as fast as possible. Humanitarians and human rights activist will surely rally for him like their doing for those in Guatanamo Bay. I sincerely hope he does not get a trial in the U.S. or something similar, he needs to be put on trial in his own country where I like to think he will be stoned to death.

Im sure he will be sentenced to death, (I cross my fingers). Theres always pacifists that will believe two wrongs dont make a right, but we need to set an example to the rest of the world. Catching him was the first, thank god, I thought he would slip by like the taliban clerics or bin laden. Now we need to follow through!!

There's not much typical pacifist in me but I really don't think killing him will do anything good. First of death is no punishment really. Sure it's good to scare people by threatening to kill them and killing someone is not a simple thing but I don't think it's a good idea. He should be punished even if it's just sitting in a cell for the rest of his life. I wouldn't like any wacko with a bomb strapped around his waist to have some glorified memory of the late Sadam. I'm sure he has less power alive than dead. Now everyone can see he's just an old weak man. Killing him would probably satisfy some blood lust for those who are deeply involved in this fight but in the long run I think it would do more harm than good. Not to mention that you'd just give all the mindless pacifists more crap to preach about against the "evil western world" and what not. As long as someone is completely in your power it's rarely to your advantage to kill them.
