This NFL season has definitely been interesting. There's been more games decided in OT than any other season I can recall and last year's conference champs (Tampa Bay, Oakland) will not only be shut out of the playoffs, but may not even reach .500 (a fait accompli for Oaktown).

Now, I know we've had this debate on the sports channel before, but is parity a good thing or bad? On the plus side, it gives more weight to the old "any given Sunday" addage, but on the other hand, dynasties have probably gone the way of the sub-300 lb lineman and lots of people like dynasties.

What're your thoughts?
