I am a big Lakers fan. It started because of Shaq, that guy just cracks me up, but now I always pull for that team (when they're not playing the Pistons) The T'Wolves just gave them a wakeup call, which was what the rest of the league didn't want to happen. The Lakers came in to this series sluggish and injured and didn't even play some of their best players (Rick Fox is out and Robert Horry was benched in favor of Mark fucking Madsen, c'mon.) They've established that they can win a close series, they can do it without some of their more valuable players, and most importantly, they're starting to get that cocky championship swagger back. I don't see them losing, although Dallas or Sacramento could give them a run. When they make it to the finals, I hope it's against the Pistons so I can see Ben Wallace and his big ass fro go up against Shaq. That would be an -awesome- matchup to watch for 4-7 games.
