The league is different this year with more teams, but it isn't a bad thing. With smaller leagues it is rediculous to see the free agent list filled with players that are as good as the starters on most teams. With more teams you need to be quick on the free agent market to grab emerging players and key back-ups when injuries hit. More than anything you need to work key trades to make things happen. The most exciting moves have always been trades IMO, and I hope we see more of them this season due to the larger league.Quote:

If nothing else, this season will prove to be a good experiment regarding a large 14 team league.
If it becomes necessary to do 2 leagues next year, that is certainly an option.
To do two leagues we'd need 20 teams. I think next year we might have enough teams to do it since the league has surged up this year from last.Quote:

If we did not have 20, then some people might be interested in running a team in both leagues or something. But I don't think it would be that hard to find a couple more people to have two leagues.
If we did have two leagues, I wonder if there would be any way to have some sort of final face off.
Or even some kind of comparison between total points scored or points each week as if the two league champs played each other every week earning 1 point per week they would have won.

Ummmm...Isa dear, those aren't the same suggestions. Yours can't be done with Yahoo, so we'd have to do a lot of things manually. We've had the discussion of having the winners of both leagues somehow have a "Superbowl", but there is no way to have it done through any fantasy football site that I know of. What the good suggestion was is that we take the two winners and go back week by week and see who had more points. The team who would have won in a head-to-head match-up during each of the weeks in the regular season and playoffs is the ultimate champion.Quote:
