The NFL player was Romanowski who I think is a thug and a criminal and its a shame that Fox put him in the broadcast booth at the end of the season.

The pictures of the teammate he roughed up looked more like something from a morgue than a hospital.

Romanowski is scum. It is certainly no shock he was involved as well.

If Barry Bonds and others did use steroids, they don't deserve an asterisk- they deserve to have their records removed ENTIRELY.

Well, the case has been kind of updated, for those of you that havent been following.

Apparently the urine samples from last years drug tests (which were thought destroyed) have resurfaced, and they can be tested for THG, SO... that brings to another release today:

The only one on your list I disagree with is Sosa. I think that was a pure mistake. If you can find my old post on the matter it has all the details. Sosa isn't the first person to make the mistake of accidentally using a corked batting practice bat in a real game. Hall of Famer Joe Morgan wrote that he frequently used corked bats when warming up in cold temperatures because it absorbed vibration. One game he accidentally used the corked bat but fortunately it didn't break on him.

That was quite a confession and he sure as heck wouldn't have made it just to help out Sosa.

Considering the guy's spotless reputation and the fact that his HR performance throughout his career is very consistent, I highly doubt it was something he did on purpose.

Well, he came down here and tried to pull his 660th home run, and Roger Clemens was having none of that. Struck him out twice.

It looks like things are heating up, one of the BALCO people handed over records of sales with Bonds's name on the list!

Serith posted an ESPN link that showed some testimony of BALCO folks testifying about trading steroids for endorsements with Bonds and Marion Jones.

They both deny it of course.

I find it difficult to believe they would be able to make the claim without proof as they would be utterly destroyed for perjury, obstruction of justice, and defamation.

This could be the greatest thing to happen to baseball in the last twenty years....Please let us see some big stars go down like the two dollar whores that they are!

I've talked to people who think that their records should stand, and they should be considered for the hall of fame with no mention of steroid use...these people need to be banned from any sporting event of any kind! Ok, maybe we let them follow synchronized swimming or professional darts, but that would be about it!
