Kleiburn has been gone for over 8 years. On this visit, he will grace the merchant stalls of whichever city is dominant at the time of the event.
Of course he will have an incredible assortment of items for auction. Some magical, some non-magical, but all truly wondrous.
This event tends to last quite a while- often 2-4 hours or more. If you cannot make it immediately then just join in later on. There will be great stuff to buy throughout the night.
